We are having some problems with some converts of elde rLebron.. the father of the family is SO SO STUBBORN!!! Mom, you have no idea!! Every time we vist them to solve their problems, I just want to hit him in the face!! I always think.. what would Jesus DO? Now... now, Im not so sure... give him leprosy? Everything that he says is getting more and more apostate... We fasted and decided to teach him about recieving the priesthood, he has a newborn baby, and we figured he would feel the spirit... a flawless lesson. We started, and he refuses to go to church, we ask why, he doesnt tell us. We say you need to go to church to recieve the priesthood, he says that God will give the priesthood to whoever he wants...I say, God wants you to have the priesthood, and you can only get it from the church. He says, I have JESUS IN MY HEART and I HAVE FAITH... ok.... deep breath Heimuli....... first of all, JESUS cant fit into your heart, and second WE can only recieve the priesthood, through the laying on of hands IN CHURCH!! So, at this point, you think that it couldnt get any worse, and that Heimuli isnt going to kill anyone.... the brother says, and I quote: "Jesus taught that we need faith (ok, thats partly true) and I THINK THAT THE FAITH IS GREATER THAN THE PRIESTHOOD:" ok, everyone take a deep breath. I say, comp, talk to him... cause if HE says one more thing Im going to kill your convert. Then the brother starts making excuses to why he is drinking, and that God doesnt care if we drink a little.....well, thats one story that happened this week, so please, pray for the Family Burgos Vera, for the sake of their father, because I dont want to come home for killing someone... haha, its funny when its not happening.
