Hi Mom!! Well, Im so looking forward to having a nice 4th of july!! I miss breakfast everyday, because we dont eat here everyday. I also miss waffles. Well, i have been taking lots of video, because, the photo part of my camera stopped working, but the video works fine. But, this 4th, we had a barbeque... and we threw a football around! A FOOTBALL!! Not a fútbol... I havent thrown one of those for ever!! It was great, my son was kinda confused as to why we were making such a big of such an ordinary wednesday... but he got to eat, so he didnt complain either. Well, we are now in the last week of this change. I hope I stay because Elder Gabino is cool, and the sector is great... but then again, I dont want to spend a total of 6 MONTHS in one place. But things are good. Our investigators arent progressing as fast as I wuld like, and weve only baptized one person this whole change... so Im a litte too tired to be depressed. I wrote to Larson last week, I asked him if he was ever this tired when he trainied me. He quickley said Yes. Hahaha... man, I must have been really annoying with all the questions: Whats District meeting? Are we there yet? What do I say? For how long are we going to be here? How much do I pay? What if I dont ... blah, blah and blah....
I also teach an English class, its interesting how complicated our language is when you have to teach it to someone, while speaking a differant language. But it goes well, last weekend 4 people came! The biggest turnout ever! Oh, I told Dad that I want to learn Tongan when I get home, which shouldnt be too hard because our whole family speaks it, but I also want to learn French? How am I supposed to do that? President says that I speak really well, and all the people say that I speak really well too!! (Which is great because President and the members here usually lie and say that you speak well even if you dont..) Well, then THursday, we went to the Temple! It was great! We went in a bus, I got to hang out with Porter and Eldridge and Alldredge and Tupou and Ingram again!! It was great! Then we had a beautiful session in the Temple!! By the way, I have one more temple visit left...
Then we had our confrence, probly the best one that I have had!! Me and some other guys sang Le oí venir, or I heard Him Come in spanish, as a four part harmony, it was great! I couldnt finish the song right, because President and Hermana Ridd started crying... she said that it was the most beautiful thing that I ever heard... it was great.
We left the conferance, and I met a friend of mine from Babahoyo! He is serving a mission now, in Peru, but had to come back because of visa problems. But he has a comp here.... i dont remember his name, but we started talking and he is from Manta! And not only in he from Manta, but I told him about my friend who got hit by a car in Peru, hes all like... Stucki? I said YES!!! AAAAAGGGGHHH! He said Thats my companion!!! Stucki is his comp, after his other comp got sent to the states. Then He had to come here because of visa problems too. It was cool. Then we hopped on the bus and came home.
So yeah, it was a good week, it wasnt boring like the other weeks.
So, its good that everything is good there, everything is super here, except that Ingram goes home now...
I have ten months left! Well, I do need a pair of shoes, but just put money in my account, and I can resole the shoes that I have now. Thank you so much mom!! Love you!! Say hi to everyone for me! Bye!!
