October 23, 2006 - Talent Show

Wow.... I dont know what to say!! Im so shocked! ...Helam wore all black to church!? No... Wow, really, I cant believe that Matt is the segundo concejero! Im officially old!! Well, tell him felicitaciones for me! And tell Helam he better not stop going to church or Ill have to kick his butt through mail!! Its hard enough getting latins to go to church again..... so last week we had two baptisms... a girl about 18 years old and her brother who has about 9 years. The mom couldnt get baptised because she didnt get married this past week. So we are going to have to do it this week. Also we had a talent show, on saturday!! It was huge! One of the ways we have to get people to come to church, or to take out refrences. Anyway the elders had a little act, it was cool... I found an electric acoustic guitar(borrowed) and I played lead guitar, Elder Stocking, a Korean from Washington, played the piano... hes a concert pianist back in the states, other elders sang.... thats where we were a little weak... but its ok, everyone had fun!

Um, yeah, nothing much really.... i like Babahoyo, but its really hot here... Elder Miller, who has been all over Ecuador, told me that this is the hottest part he has ever been to.. Well, I got the contacts and the pictures and the candy!! I loved it!! The contacts are great thank you!! Oh, and Hevynns CD only has three songs on it... whats up!? Ask her where her debut albumn is? Haha.... seriously, MOTAB is getting old.. Sounds like everything is going good. To me it sounds like heaven... soo many things going on at once! Well, is it cold there? Is there snow yet?
